By using our website, you agree to be bound by the below-mentioned terms and conditions:

House Rules:

• Check-in & Check-out timings (INDIA): 02:00 pm to 11:00 am
• Check-in & Check-out timings (UAE): 03:00 pm to 11:00 am
• Food: We don’t provide food at any of our locations.
• Key Responsibility: Please handle the keys with care. Lost or damaged keys will incur a charge of INR 1000.
• Water Conservation: Please conserve water by avoiding unnecessary water usage.
• Hot Water Usage: To ensure hot water availability, please turn on the water geyser 10-15 minutes before use.
• Energy Conservation: Please switch off air conditioners when not in use to conserve energy.
• Food Consumption: To maintain cleanliness, please refrain from consuming food in the rooms or bedrooms. Any damage to the bedding, such as stains, will incur dry cleaning or replacement charges.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Only outdoor areas are available for smoking.
• Noise Policy: Please be mindful of our neighbours and avoid loud noise or music after 10 PM.
• Gatherings and Parties: Gatherings, parties, and celebrations are not permitted at the property.
• Visitor Policy: Non-resident guests are not allowed between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at our locations.
• Child Policy: Children above the age of 8 years will be charged as an additional guest.
• Identification Requirements: Under Indian law, we require a copy of the passport and visa for non-Indian guests and a valid ID proof for Indian guests.

Early Check-In:

• Early Check-In: Early check-in is not permitted at any of our locations.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation More Than 15 Days Before Check-In: A 100% refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• Cancellation Within 15 Days of Check-In: No refund will be issued for bookings/cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled check-in date.

Booking Conditions:

• Advance Payment: A 100% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Age Restriction: The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
• Identification: A valid photo ID, such as an Aadhaar card, Voter ID card, Driving License, or Passport, must be presented upon check-in.

Any violation of the above-mentioned terms and conditions will lead to strict action being taken by One Tree BNB Private Limited
